In a bizarre tag team affair wrestling icon and wearer of a fine handle-bar moustache, Hulk Hogan, has partnered with Endemol to produce an online game called Hulkamania (reports MCV). Coming next year, the game features Hogan (aka Terry) in video form as an inspiration for gamers. What exactly he’ll be inspiring is beyond me as Hulkamania sounds like it’ll sadly be one of many web-based slot machine games from what UK managing director Jurian van der Meer says: “Endemol Games UK is expanding into new areas and this deal marks one of our first third party licensing partnerships. Hulk Hogan is an icon with massive global appeal and we aim to attract his fans with creative online slot games. This is a great addition to our portfolio.”
What a missed opportunity to make something more fitting for a larger than life character like Hulk Hogan. After watching his fly-on-tha-wall tv show, an managerial RPG helping Hogan make better career choices would have had hours of content.
